It's a chill place, we felt welcome and safe while staying. This place has you covered for basic room, shower, and stuff storage while out exploring Vancouver. Cleanliness of common kitchen area was questionable. Old building, kinda quirky, had a certain charm, but you can also feel the breeze through the windows when it blows hard enough.
Easy check-in, very nice owner, and great price for the area. Room had a sink and locked window, towels provided. Shared bathrooms (3 or more on my floor with showers), were cleaned my entire stay. Balcony in the back for smokers on both floors. Prime location for tourists. No complaints staying here.
